2023 CHE Kindergarten Orientation Presentation

Kinder Schedule

Early Bird: 8:00AM – 11:20AM 

Late Owl: 9:30 AM – 12:50PM

Kinder Oral Health Assessment:

• California law, Education Code Section 49452.8, requires Kinder students to have an oral health assessment (dental check-up)
• Assessment forms are due May 31^st of Kindergarten 
• Oral Health Check-up can be completed up to 12 months before entering Kinder or by May 31^st
• Print the form posted below or pick up at the Front Office

First Grade School Entry Health Check-up:

• Mandatory health check-up for 1^st Grade Entry 
• Health check-up can be within 18 months before 1^st Grade
• Submit the form by the last day of Kinder
